At CustomCenter.com, our business is based on one simple premise – we will provide our customers with the finest quality product at the lowest possible price and with the best service anywhere. We know our success is based on your satisfaction with our products.

Every order you place with us is covered by our 100% Quality Guarantee. We’re committed to your total satisfaction.

Making sure that you receive exactly what you want is a two-way process. We have a role to play, and so do you. We count on your information being correct and timely in order to successfully complete your order. Both sides of the order process carry specific responsibilities. These responsibilities, outlined below, are our terms and conditions of sales. Please take time to review them, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Please note there are some slight variations in the terms for custom apparel items.

OUR Responsibilities:

Backing Up Our Products:

As noted above, every order with CustomCenter.com is covered by our 100% Quality Guarantee. At no charge to you, we will gladly replace any product(s) other than apparel, found to be defective in either workmanship or materials.

For Custom Apparel:  While we strive for perfection, any machine is subject to occasional malfunction. For that reason, all custom shirt orders are subject to a 5% spoilage allowance, standard for the industry. In the event of spoilage greater than 5% but less than 20% of your order, we will offer a credit from your total price. In the unlikely event of spoilage greater than 20%, we will remake the spoiled percentage of the order.

Supplying Accurate Information to You:

We will email you a digital proof of your design before we start production. This will be a precise representation of the product you’re ordering. This is your opportunity to make any desired corrections or changes before your custom products are produced.

For Custom Apparel: All customers, whether embroidery or screen printing, will receive an order confirmation that states the details of the order and a breakdown of the costs. Upon request, customers will be shown a sample sew out of their design prior to final embroidery on goods.  Additional sew outs done after the original will incur a minimum charge of $25 due to labor and material goods. This is the responsibility of the customer.

Our work orders need to be complete before your job goes into the production queue. Written orders are the only way to assure accuracy. We are not responsible for bleeding or other printing problems due to the nature of the garment. We are not responsible once your order has been shipped or picked up. Insurance is left up to your discretion on all shipping orders

Sending You A Written Order Confirmation:

After we receive your return email approving the proof, and before production starts, we will email you a confirmation notice. This will contain all the details of your order, including size, type, quantity, colors and anticipated delivery date. This is your FINAL chance to make any necessary changes to your order.

For Custom Apparel: Prior to production of your order, you will receive an order confirmation notice via email. This notification will contain specifications of your order including type, item number, quantity, size colors, and approximate delivery date. We will not begin production of your order until you return this confirmation to us with your approval to proceed.

Producing Your Products To Your Specifications And On Time:

After you approve both the digital proof and the order confirmation, we will produce your products in about 10 to 14 working days. This will vary by product ordered, particularly in the case of trading pins, lapel pins and custom coins (see note below). Then we will ship your order via FedEx Priority International Service or UPS International Expedited Air Freight at no additional cost to you, directly to the address you specify.

PLEASE NOTE: We will do everything within our power to deliver your lapel pins, trading pins or challenge coins in a timely fashion.  However, between May 1 and July 31 of each calendar year, CustomCenter.com DOES NOT guarantee a delivery date for any custom lapel pin, trading pin or challenge coin order.  You are responsible for ordering your custom lapel pins, trading pins or challenge coins to avoid possible delays due to circumstances beyond the control of the employees of CustomCenter.com and/or its manufacturers and affiliates.  Furthermore, please be advised that once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason. Our production time guarantee does not apply during the peak period as stated above. 

CustomCenter.com makes no delivery time guarantee whatsoever for any lapel pins, trading pins or challenge coins ordered within the time period stated above.

For Custom Apparel: Once we obtain your approval of the order confirmation, delivery time for your shirt order will be as follows:

Standard T-shirt with up to 3 print colors/up to 2 locations — 2 weeks

Standard T-shirt with more than 3 colors and/or more than 2 locations — 2 to 3 weeks

Full-Color Printed T-shirts — 3 weeks 

Sweatshirts or Hoodies – 2 to 3 weeks

NOTE: Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled for any reason.

Your order will be shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx ground (unless otherwise noted on your confirmation email) directly to the address you specify.

YOUR Responsibilities:

Legal Ownership Of All Logos, Trademarks, And Copyrights

When you submit your design to CustomCenter.com, you are warranting that you hold the legal rights to reproduce, or have reproduced, any and all images or logos associated with your order. You’re also warranting that reproduction of any images you submit does not infringe upon the rights of any other company or individual.

CAREFULLY Reviewing The Proof We Send You:

When you receive our digital proof of your design, please take the time to review it in detail. Pay close attention to the colors, design and spelling/grammar. Once you’ve reviewed the proof and made any needed changes, email it back to us. That tells us that you approve every aspect of the design.

Please Note: We use the Pantone™ PMS color matching system. Because not all computer monitors display colors the same way, it’s very important that you specify your color choices using Pantone PMS numbers. Pantone PMS color books are available at most art supply stores and some libraries. We will list all PMS numbers for your design on the bottom of your proof to enable you to easily verify them. For Custom Apparel: Verifying your design BEFORE production begins

Customers will sign a Sew-Out Approval Form or Waiver stating the acceptance of the design (lettering, colors, and placement) to be placed on goods. Custom Center Group is not responsible if the customer changes the design (lettering, colors, and placement) after Sew-Out Approval or Waiver has been signed and design has been placed on goods.

Any changes in design or quantity will require your written approval – by email or fax – before production begins. Because these items are custom-made to your specifications, once production has started, we are unable to change a design or quantity in any way whatsoever.

CAREFULLY Reviewing Your Order Confirmation:

Once you return your proof to us with your approval, we will send you a separate order confirmation. Once again, please review all the information on it carefully. This will be your last chance to make any changes before production begins. If everything on the confirmation is correct, return it to us and we will start production of your custom products.  NOTE: Once we receive your approval and confirmation, your order may not be canceled for any reason.

Supplying Us With Correct Billing And Shipping Information:

We will produce and ship your order in about 10 to 14 working days for most items (subject to the peak season limitations listed above for lapel pins, trading pins and coins.) We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping caused by inaccurate address information, U.S. Customs procedures, the misrouting of your package by FedEx, or undeliverable shipping addresses.

Production delays caused by declined or refused charges on credit card transactions will lengthen the amount of time to receive your finished product.

For Custom Apparel: Once we complete production of your order, we will ship it directly to the address you specify. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping caused by inaccurate address information, acts of nature, the misrouting of your package by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or undeliverable shipping addresses.

NOTES FOR CONTRACT APPAREL CUSTOMERS:

Contract customers are responsible for drop shipping garments to us from their suppliers, or personally delivering the product. Goods accepted for contract screen printing and embroidery should be separated by size and color. In addition, goods should be free from packaging, bags, pins, stickers, etc. before being left with Custom Center Group. Custom Center Group will remove packaging, bags, hangers, tags, stickers, pins, and labels for an additional fee.  In doing so, Custom Center Group expects contract customers to inspect their goods for material defects and inconsistencies in the materials. The customer also assumes all liability for any items that sustain machine damage while at our business location. Custom Center Group will not replace customer-supplied goods if any damage is the result of a faulty garment. Please note that Custom Center Group will take the best possible care of supplied goods. However, any machine is subject to occasional malfunctions. Custom Center Group carries a typical 6% waste, which is equal to or lower than industry standards.

Custom Center Group reserves the right to decline the acceptance of customer-supplied goods.  Your shirts are checked in by a specific process. They are counted prior to the start of your production run. If the count is off — i.e. the shirt supplier shorted the count — we move the job out of the queue until contact is made with you. We suggest that if you do business with us on a regular basis that you keep a light stock on hand in the event this happens. We also recommend that you order at least one additional shirt in each size if your count is critical. Your shirt order is counted upon delivery and again before it goes to press. Your shirt order is counted a third time before it is folded and placed back in your original box for shipment. Please count your shirts before shipping to us, and upon delivery. Custom Center Group’s liability for any direct damages of any kind will not exceed an amount equal to the amount paid by a client to Custom Center Group for the order.

Legal Details for ALL Customers:

All orders are FINAL.

Because you are ordering a custom-made product, all sales are final. Once production of your order has begun, it may not be canceled for any reason. CustomCenter.com does not issue refunds. As noted above, we will replace any non-apparel products found to be defective in workmanship or materials.

For Custom Apparel: Custom Center Group does not issue refunds, nor do we offer credit for shirt spoilage of 5% or less. As mentioned previously, we will issue a credit for greater than 5% spoilage, up to 20%. We will remake spoilage greater than 20%.

For ALL Customers:

In the unlikely event, a legal dispute arises, you and we agree that the venue for such a dispute is Alachua County, Florida, USA. If the dispute pertains to the illegal use of copyright or trademark infringement, you agree to defend the claim at your sole expense. You agree to hold CustomCenter.com harmless in such a lawsuit or proceeding. You agree to pay any damages and costs assessed against CustomCenter.com as a result of such a lawsuit or proceeding.

All products shown on our website which contain corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only to illustrate the reproduction capabilities of CustomCenter.com. Your purchase of merchandise from CustomCenter.com DOES NOT in any way, shape or form grant you permission to reproduce logos or trademarks, nor does it transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Custom Center Group is not liable for personal, economic, or property damage arising from the sale, shipment, storage, handling or use of the goods. In no event will Custom Center Group be liable for any consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of use or lost profits), or any damages suffered by any third party.
